All vehicles offered for sale by A&S Motor UK are used vehicles and are supplied to a standard that is reasonable having regard to their age, mileage, price, and previous use.
Each vehicle is road tested and visually inspected; however, unless expressly stated in writ-ing, vehicles do not undergo a full mechanical or electronic diagnostic inspection. Due to age, mileage, and previous use, vehicles may have underlying, intermittent, or developing faults which are not apparent at the time of sale. Customers are strongly advised to obtain an in-dependent inspection prior to purchase.
While reasonable care is taken in preparation, not all defects are immediately identifiable, and some faults may arise after purchase that could not reasonably have been foreseen at the time of sale.
If a fault or warning light occurs after purchase, the customer must notify A&S Motor UK as soon as reasonably practicable and allow a reasonable opportunity for inspection and diagnosis, including returning or transporting the vehicle to our premises where reasonably practicable. Third-party inspections or repairs must not be authorised without prior writ-ten consent, and A&S Motor UK will not accept liability for unauthorised costs.
A&S Motor UK does not accept liability for wear and tear items or defects consistent with the vehicle’s age, mileage, usage, and price, and does not accept responsibility for conse-quential or indirect losses, including vehicle hire, alternative transport, insurance costs, loss of earnings, loss of business, or inconvenience.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects the customer’s statutory rights, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These terms are intended to clarify the post-sale process and ensure matters are handled fairly, proportionately, and lawfully.
